Riad Paradise

Ryad Paradise really cares about its guests. Noro especially, along with the rest of the staff, went above and beyond what we expected and were wonderful. It’s all about hospitality here, which is why I gave the Ryad 5 stars.

A really beautiful Riad. Definitely recommend it!

We were glad we stayed here. It was peaceful and quiet, and our first floor room was beautifully decorated. The welcome was very warm, and breakfast came in generous portions. Hafida and L.

Our main issue was the service, rather than the establishment itself. We stayed for a couple of days in November, and the card reader ran out of paper when we went to pay. The next day, they said the payment had gone through and asked us to pay again, without first checking whether it had processed correctly. We were rushing to catch our flight, so we paid again and trusted them. It turns out I was charged twice, and nearly two months later I still haven’t got my money back. They keep saying not to worry and that it will be sorted, but it feels like a complete rip-off. The carpets in the rooms weren’t clean either. I’d look for somewhere else.
