Hivernage Secret Suites & Garden

Our Junior Suite had a big balcony and it was nice to have our own outdoor space in the evenings, even though the heat meant we hardly used it. The room itself was a little dim, with not much natural light. More windows or a sunnier-room option would help. The AC leaked some water during the first two days, but once we mentioned it, staff promptly got a technician to fix it. It was easy to get around by ride-share, and the Medina was about a 20-minute walk. Having a car was handy too, since most places we visited were a 5-10 minute drive. The hotel was very peaceful, with no bothersome noise, so it was easy to rest and unwind after busy days. Breakfast was fresh and had a good range of options each morning. We had lunch there once and really liked the food. My fiancé and I spent 4 days at Hivernage Secret Suites. The housekeeping staff kept the suite spotless, and the manager greeted us whenever we came back. Everyone was warm, attentive, and clearly wanted guests to feel comfortable. We'd give Hivernage 4.6/5, stay again, and recommend it to anyone after a quiet, serene, luxurious place in Marrakech. Thanks to the whole Hivernage team for being so kind and welcoming.

The staff were great and happy to handle our requests, even sorting out a Taxi to Casablanca for our departure. Housekeeping was flawless, with our room kept spotless for all five nights. I was there with a colleague for PURE 2024, and the guest house suited us perfectly. We had a nice, large room with a cozy balcony. Breakfast buffet was fair.

Tucked away somewhere peaceful, but still close enough to visit the Medina sights and Souks. The staff were so attentive and looked after everything we needed. We had a fantastic stay, and I can't recommend them enough.

The pool is hidden from the outside, and the hotel's privacy made things easier for me as a Muslim woman who wants to observe modesty. My husband and I stayed here a week ago and had the best time. The hotel was super clean, and the rooms were excellent. Staff were amazing, respectful, and accommodating. We found nearly all our excursions and activities through the hotel instead of arranging them ourselves, and every one was 10/10. I'll definitely be back.
