The rooftop terrace was a highlight for us. We had a romantic three-course dinner there, with an amazing view over the Medina at night. The riad also has peaceful lounge spaces, a fireplace, and a new plunge pool that felt perfect after a hot day of exploring. Our Grand Suite was huge and bright, with high ceilings and a second bed tucked into a loft above the bathroom. It's a beautiful, modern riad in the heart of the Medina. Don't hesitate to book it, you won't regret it.

I felt safe throughout my seven nights at Dar Hanane, including as a solo female traveller. The ladies at the riad made things easier for me, and all the staff were great. Mehdi made sure breakfast arrived on time and helped whenever I needed anything. Hamza was courteous, and Mohamed was prompt and helpful from booking through to departure. The stay went smoothly from beginning to end. The riad is close to the action, and I enjoyed both dinner and lunch there. I'd recommend the hammam and massage too.

Mohamed and his team made us feel at home, and we really appreciated their recommendations for things to do around Marrakech. The daily breakfast was great too. We had two nearby rooms, Beldi and Berber, set apart from the other rooms, which worked really well for the kids. The riad is close to the souks, restaurants, and tourist attractions.

After four nights at Dar Hanane with my husband, I can say it was a perfect retreat from the Medina's sometimes overwhelming energy. The staff were friendly and so helpful, and shared useful local knowledge. Highly recommend staying here.

We only had three nights, and the time went by so fast. It was peaceful and quiet, yet just steps from the busy medina. The rooms were bright, large, and very clean, with comfortable beds. Service was friendly, and breakfast was fresh and delicious.
