Mouad made my birthday unforgettable. He greeted us with delicious mint tea, organized a food tour, and kept checking that we were doing well. He explained the city, arranged taxis, and gave us advice on prices and places to visit. He was the main reason our vacation felt so nice and safe. When we left, he said, “You are always welcome, here you are at home,” the warmest words in the world. Thank you, beautiful team. A dream became reality. Hugs, kisses and a very happy new year from Elena and Ivan. See you soon! The place has so much charm, with lovely interiors and a warm atmosphere. Most of all, the staff were hardworking, kind and always ready to help. My 55th Bday was unforgettable, with singing girls and boys and a unique birthday cake. Nadia was beautiful and tender, and the best cook. Our room was perfectly clean and cosy, and the older man who spoke French was always helpful. First, I want to thank manager Kenza for supporting us from the very beginning. Thank you, dear madam!

It’s a very tourist-friendly place, and the service was top-notch. The reception guys were kind and helpful, and the women looking after meals were just as friendly. Our room was comfortable and convenient, with décor that was unusual and memorable. The area was okay, though it’s about a 30-minute walk to the main square. You don’t see many tourists nearby, mostly local residents. Breakfast leaned mostly sweet. The mint tea and coffee were both very good.

Breakfast could use a few eggs, for example, but we really enjoyed our stay. From the moment we walked into Riad Palais Tinmel, they welcomed us like distinguished guests, not customers. Mouaad was a cool, funny host.

The place is stunning and feels like a fairytale. I don’t usually take many pictures, but every corner here seemed worth capturing, and there’s a lot to explore. The location is perfect, just a little away from the bustle of the Medina markets. Breakfast was great if you love pastries. We only stayed one day, so I’m sure the next day they serve eggs and vegetables too. Yesine made the experience even better with everything he shared about the area and his tips, which got us more excited for the trip. The hospitality and friendliness went above and beyond. Our flight was at 7pm, and they extended our room stay until 1pm. We didn’t stay in the room, though. We enjoyed complimentary tea in the garden, since the whole place is so lovely, until it was time to leave. Strongly recommend it!
