Even though we were only there for a short time, I know I’ll keep thinking about this place. Rashid was incredibly generous and willing to help, and shared information about nearby tourist sights. He made us feel as if we were being looked after by family. The housekeepers were warm and kind too. The staff are lucky to have someone like Rashid on the team. If you want a great stay in Marrakech, book this Riad. Can’t wait to see you again!

The riad and its spot in the city were both great, and I loved Rachid and Hamza. They taught us rummy, though they did keep a few rules in their own favour :) They were such good-natured, friendly guys that I’ll miss them. Odile

We had a nice stay, and ended up in a deluxe room with its own terrace overlooking the pool. Breakfast was nice too. The pool was cool, but very pleasant. Aziz arranged ice so we could enjoy drinks we’d bought elsewhere by the pool.

Riad Passali was easy to reach on foot from most attractions and shops, and we had a lovely stay. Our room was comfortable, colourful and traditional, with excellent hospitality. We also booked a 3 day desert tour through the Riad. It was a great experience, and our guide, Tayeb, was extremely knowledgeable and good. All in all, we had a lovely stay in Morocco.

A clean, cute Riad in a very good location and good value for money. The breakfast service needs work, though. We’re vegetarian and had limited options, so we asked for more eggless pancakes. The service guy pulled a face like we’d asked for gold, and didn’t bring us the pomegranate he served to the others. When we asked for hot milk, he made sure we got only a little 😅
