The apartment itself was nice, but it wasn't clean. The employees were rude, and the security guard in particular was very aggressive.

At night the apartment felt completely unsafe, and the service was embarrassing.

We felt very comfortable and safe in this holiday apartment, booked through Booking.com. There’s a patio with stools outside, an underground garage, and a pool. For food and getting around, it’s a handy spot: there’s a small, inexpensive supermarket, several restaurants within 100 meters, and both the old and new centers of Marrakech are walkable. Horse-drawn carriages are available too. Carrefour is about 300 meters away for beer or other alcoholic drinks. From Jemaa El Fna, our taxi cost 150 diram, though the first quote was 300; the tuk-tuk was 50 diram after an initial quote of 80.

The house was pleasant, but there were no basic supplies like towels or toilet paper. Staff weren't helpful and seemed unable to assist us, as they spoke only French and Arabic. The person at the “receptionist” desk left us to sort things out with the cleaning ladies.
