Riad Safran et Cannelle & Spa

Hamza, Amin, and Safi were kind and attentive at all hours, and their advice about getting around Marrakech and things to do was especially useful. The room was clean and well cared for, and I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. I felt very welcome here and would gladly stay again.

The deluxe room was beautiful, and breakfast was good, starting at 8 am. The rooftop was lovely too. You can hear noise from the rest of the riad, so bring earphones if that might bother you. The staff were so nice and accommodating. Thanks especially to Hamsa, who had a small breakfast packed for me when I left early and was always ready to help.

We were so sad to leave the riad after checking out yesterday. Amine and Hamza made us feel at home from the welcome tea onward, and were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They thought of everything, from the amenities and breakfast to recommendations for places to eat, the half-day safari in Agafay desert, and a hammam experience. The breakfast was so generous that the two of us could never finish it. When anything came up, they were there to help. Please book your stay there! :)

A very poor experience and unprofessional service. I booked five nights, but for a reason I explained, I asked to pay only for the nights I stayed or to pay the fee as well. I called and asked several times, but he refused. Instead of discussing a possible solution, he blocked my number. I have proof that I didn't say anything bad; I was only making the request. I'm still waiting to hear from them. Anything can happen, but that doesn't mean they shouldn't try to find a solution. I can't recommend this place. Very sad, very poor service, and he doesn't know how to talk to guests.
