Zahira made the hammam and tonic massage (Marrakech Ritual) feel exactly right for me: both were quite strong, but still really relaxing, and she was very accommodating. I wasn't staying at the hotel, so I can only speak to the hammam visit. I'd happily go back every day if I could, and would definitely recommend it.

We really enjoyed the hammam at the spa, which Hind and Kholod did very professionally. The spa team were amazing. The hotel itself was lovely and well located, with friendly, helpful staff, a clean room and a comfortable bed. Breakfast is the one letdown: it's served at a nearby restaurant within walking distance, and was very average. Thanks for a lovely stay and spa visit!

The hour-long massage with Kholod was fantastic. She checked what pressure I wanted, and it left me feeling invigorated. Hind gave me the hammam I liked best out of the few I've tried in Morocco. I personally would've preferred a bit more pressure with the scrub, though. It's a private, calm experience, and the spa feels like a peaceful hideaway despite being so close to the square. I'd recommend booking at least a day ahead, and I highly recommend the experience.

Hidden away, this spa is beautiful and peaceful. Kholod and Hind took their time with our hammam and massages, and everything felt exquisite. Just wow, don't miss it. I can't wait to return.

It was my first hammam, and Khaloud and Hind helped me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout. The massage was very soothing, and I also had a facial that left my skin soft and smooth. Such a good hammam and spa.
