Riad sous le soleil

A lovely Riad with distinctive rooms, a beautiful rooftop terrace, and an amazing breakfast. The staff were very helpful, and I’d highly recommend it for a stay near the Marrakesh souk. Just be aware there’s no car access. If you have a lot of luggage, you’ll need to drag it over uneven ground for about 5-8 minutes from the car drop-off point.

I spent four lovely nights and days here, and the location was perfect. We booked the African suite, and I also got to see the other rooms. Everything was very good, and breakfast was really good and sweet. The staff are the best. Hakim is always ready with helpful tips, recommendations, and advice.

We felt safe here, and I’d definitely recommend the Riad to friends. Its position at the edge of the medina suited us well, with everywhere within walking distance. The atmosphere was friendly and homely, and the staff were incredibly nice. Hakeem was pleasant and smiling at night reception, while Ali was just as friendly at the daytime desk. Ali’s breakfasts were generous and delicious, and they can arrange a friendly airport pickup or drop-off.

The food was amazing, and Ali made us feel at home from the start, always checking that we had what we needed. The Riad was clean, quiet, and comfortable, a great place to unwind after exploring. It had an authentic, cozy feel. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it!
