Ayoub was the highlight of our stay. He helped with arrangements and calls, carried luggage, and even met us outside the medina at night so we wouldn't have to walk back alone. He was always reachable and never made us feel we were asking too much. The staff were welcoming and kind throughout. The Riad is listed online as a four-star hotel, though I don't think the property itself quite reaches that standard. We had a clean room with one queen bed and I liked the décor. Housekeeping brought fresh towels and clean robes every day, and the Wi-Fi worked well. Still, the room was dark, with too little light in the bedroom and bathroom. There was no wardrobe, closet, or hangers, and the bathroom had only one sink and no counter space. Hot water was limited, so one of us had to shower quickly if we both wanted to use it. There was no heating or air conditioning, though that may depend on the season. Breakfast was enjoyable, but mainly carbs, with yogurt as the only protein option. For location, taxis can't enter the narrow streets of the medina, so you have to walk a few minutes from the drop-off. That's typical for riads here, but the hotel would usually send someone to help with luggage. I'd rate the riad itself three stars, but Ayoub's outstanding service made the experience feel closer to five.

The staff were very present, friendly, and helpful, a 10 out of 10. The location puts you right where things are happening, so there's a lot of street noise around this otherwise quiet, relaxing place. The room was comfortable. At times a sewer smell came up in the bathroom, which seems common in this old part of town, and leaving the window open sorted it.

It feels peaceful inside this riad, tucked away in the medina. There’s a lovely rooftop terrace, mint tea ready whenever, and a pool to cool down in after a walk through the souks.

We had a comfortable, clean room and the staff were so kind. The breakfast was delicious, with crepes, yogurt, eggs, bread, coffee, and orange juice. This place feels like a peaceful hidden gem. The Wi-Fi was great, and we could work and take video calls from the pool area and the living room beside it.

The room was bigger than advertised and had a king bed, and the service and hospitality were excellent. We were there for just two nights. Since the RIAD is inside the old city walls, expect to walk with your luggage because cars aren't allowed. The one problem was an unbearable sewer smell at some point in the evening on both nights. I'm not sure if anything can be done about it, but if you can get past that, it's a good place.
