Smail's hospitality really stood out. We were only there one night, but he kept helping us throughout our trip. The room was spacious, with a toilet and shower and plenty of warm water. Like many Riads, the place can be a little tricky to find, but its name is written on the door. Great value for the money!

The room was full of mold and damp. I told them I was sick and couldn't stay there, and asked for at least a refund. They gave me nothing. They said yes, then came up with a story afterward. If you care about your health, don't stay here.

When I arrived, I was told my room couldn't be used because an AC unit had leaked water, causing mold and wall damage. They asked me to move to another hotel behind a restaurant that looked like it was still being built. I asked for somewhere better, but the manager said all the other options would be even worse. There was no compensation, no lovely Riad experience, and Booking.com didn't help during my trip.

Scam alert, and rude! They didn't have my room and moved my booking to a dark, noisy hotel without telling me or asking first. Out of all the options, they picked the worst. Staff and an earlier review said this happens regularly. Don't trust this hotel, or make sure they really have the room you booked.

Small riad close to the city center, with a typical breakfast and good value for the price. Abdellah was great and really kind during my stay. He helped with all my questions about the city.
