We couldn't get help with the TV even after calling reception twice, and the staff were rude and dismissive throughout. The manager spoke to us appallingly and made it feel like our concerns didn't matter. Dining and breakfast were very disappointing too, with few choices and nothing like what we'd expect from a hotel of this standard. Noise from renovations continued during our stay, something the hotel hadn't told us about before we arrived. When we paid, the amount was different from what we had agreed, which seemed dishonest and unprofessional. The whole visit was awful from beginning to end, and I would never stay here again. It also spoiled Marrakech for me.

Back yesterday after seven days in a deluxe room, and I loved the evening massages, sauna, and steam room. The staff were so friendly. The new massage therapist, who's been there a month, was amazing, sorry I didn't get your name. The hotel manager's kindness and warmth were appealing, and Salma at the spa was lovely too, especially since we share a name. I'll definitely return. Anamol and Salma ❤️

We were so appalled that we left before the end of the booking we'd paid for. The hotel is run down throughout, with no attention to detail. They call it five star, but that feels like a joke. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

My room was 304, and its door wouldn't lock when shut. I have several videos of this, and showed the fault to Mr. Abdee, the supervisor, when he finally came by hours after I called. I was told the doors can be “stubborn” and that I should be patient, which made it seem like they knew about trouble with room doors and weren't fixing it. Items were stolen from my room during my stay, and the hotel's lack of basic security and negligence were to blame. Afterward, staff seemed unconcerned. They said they'd follow up and compensate me by email and phone, but nothing came of it. I later found out there are no working cameras in the hallways or even by the elevators, which helps explain the lack of concern. Security here seems optional. They also gave me wrong instructions for filing a police report and told me to go at a time that caused me to miss my departing flight, despite the station being open 24/7. Once I was home, management ignored my repeated calls and emails completely. Broken locks, no cameras, and management showing no concern after a robbery made this by far the worst part of my stay across 7 cities in Morocco. If safety matters to you, don't stay here.
