Riad Spa du Chameau

Hamza, Noel, and Abdul made the Riad feel like home. They were helpful, cheerful, kind, and very professional. I had a fantastic time. In my opinion, it’s in one of the best spots in the Medina: 5-10 minutes from Jemaa el Fnaa and only 20 seconds from the Souks. I don’t understand the complaints I’ve seen about breakfast or the location. Breakfast had plenty of options, including fresh fruit, orange juice, tea, coffee, jam, butter, and yogurt. As a woman, I walked the streets several times at night and never had a problem. The Riad is beautiful, and the location feels wonderful. You step outside straight into the real Marrakech, full of colours and smells. Well done to everyone.

The room was large, though a little cold. It had air conditioning, so that wasn’t an issue on colder days. Breakfast felt authentically Moroccan, with healthy food, fresh juice, mint tea, and local pastries. The staff were nice and quick to do what they could to make the stay pleasant. Riad Spa du Chameau was a great place to stay, though I’m giving it four stars because of the management.

We’re grateful for all the help and kindness. The room was cozy, the price satisfying, and the service was the best. The staff were professional and tried to help us in every situation. This is the best hotel we’ve stayed in Morocco, and we really appreciated their first-class service. Thank you， appreciation from Taiwan.

Two months have passed and I’m already wanting to come back. The place is good, affordable, and inside the Medina, with a great staff. I’m sorry I forgot the lady’s name, but she was so kind and made us the best breakfast. Abdu was kind and gentle too. It was a pleasure staying there and meeting them. Best wishes from Saray and me.
