Tarik was friendly, well organised, and a real gentleman. He speaks French, Spanish, English, and Arabic, and even found us some plastic bags for the airport when we’d forgotten ours. Thanks, Tarik, we’re already planning a second trip! The Riad is tucked off the Medina down a small but safe alley. It was spotless, with beds made and fresh towels brought every day. There wasn’t much room to walk around the bed, but it was very comfortable to sleep in. The rooftop terrace is small, though we loved having breakfast there and sitting there in the evening before bed. Breakfast was light, with other options available if you wanted them.

The owner was helpful and friendly, and the location was great, close to the main square and Medina, with plenty of restaurants and takeaway places nearby. I stayed for three nights. The room was basic but very clean, and fresh towels came every day. Breakfast had limited choices, though you could order different omelettes for a small extra charge. For somewhere inexpensive in a central location, I’d definitely recommend it.

I’m a solo woman traveller and recommend Road Tarik. The rooftop has a great view, and breakfast is included with lots of food. The location is perfect, inside the Medina near the main square. Tarik and his staff are really kind. I had a beautiful experience last May and will be back in September!

The location is perfect, and the rooms are very clean with private facilities. They’re basic, though, so if you want private space to relax, this may not suit you. The price reflects that. For backpacking or just somewhere to sleep for the night, you can’t go wrong.

The staff are very friendly, the breakfast is great, and they bring fresh towels every day. It’s a basic but nice Riad, about five minutes from the main square in a quiet side alley. It’s in a good part of town, so there’s no need to worry about walking back at night.
