The rooms were just as described and the location was great, but it was the people and their service that made our stay so special. Everyone at Riad Tizou was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Ridouan especially went out of his way to make sure my birthday in Marrakesh was celebrated. We had a wonderful time, and we’ll come back next time we visit.

We loved the central Medina location and had a great stay at Riad Tizou. The breakfast was really, really good, too. Ridouan was especially warm and helpful, and made us feel welcome. Highly recommend it.

Nortin was friendly and helpful, and our stay was a pleasure. The room was just the right size, and breakfast was tasty with enough to eat.

The team made exploring easy with helpful local tips, and the location was perfect for getting around. They also arranged our very late-night taxi and walked us to the Riad at the edge of the Medina. Our room was comfortable and breakfast was great. We had an amazing stay at Riad Tizou and would highly recommend it.

Riad Tizou was clean, beautifully decorated, and had a calm feel. It’s well located in the medina, close to a main road where taxis and cars can reach. The team were welcoming, accommodating, and really committed to making my stay good. Aziz and Sayed went above and beyond, especially since I was travelling alone. Because the Riad is down a long alley, they made sure to walk me to the main junction or help with directions. They also arranged a surprise birthday cake for me, which was such a kind gesture.
