I came a long way from outside the city to visit this pool, which is far from central Marrakech, and wasn't welcomed at all. The staff were extremely rude and treated me with coldness and racism. It was very disappointing and unprofessional, and I strongly don't recommend visiting this place.

It serves its purpose as an outdoor resort with all the amenities in one place. The security guards out front were very polite, and the staff were okay too. But the apartment I booked had really dated furniture and decor, and the TVs were so old I couldn't even watch YouTube. A few improvements could make this place much better.

This happened around 2 pm on April 30, 2023. The reception staff and security were rude and unprofessional. They demanded an extra 5% on the final bill if my friend and I wanted to pay using my credit card while splitting the bill. The woman at the counter was shouting about it. The night before, I had paid 1200 MAD at reception with my card, and no one mentioned an extra 5%. My issue isn't the extra charge itself, it's that staff seem to apply rules and policies however they want, treating clients differently based on appearance and nationality. It was disappointing to see this in my country. The manager refused to give his name, and he and security shouted at and abused us. He offered no explanation or apology, just kept bringing up unrelated things. We were upset by the whole incident. I recommend staying elsewhere, where customer service matters. We pay for goods and services and deserve respect and dignity. Since this is my area of expertise, I'd advise the owners to review the surveillance footage to understand what happened. We also met some amazing resort employees who gave us an exceptional experience. This account is about the front desk staff, the manager, and security, especially the reception woman who started the drama.

The rooms were just terrible: furniture, fridge, beds, bathroom and living room all in bad condition. Music blasted from 4 am to 2 pm, so you couldn't sleep. I bet the bed sheets hadn't been changed for years. Just awful. I do not recommend this place.
