The rooms are roomy, and the staff are lovely. You're right in the heart of Marrakech, with all the main tourist sights within walking distance.

We had such a good time and would happily come back. It's a beautiful riad in a great location, with a clean, comfortable room and a generous breakfast to enjoy each morning. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5

We were meant to spend three days at Rdate Lwalidine after another riad ran out of rooms, but we left the next morning. The room was dark and gloomy, with harsh, dim lighting and a missing lightbulb. Everything looked old and ugly. Mustafa was very unfriendly. We asked for water and there wasn't any. At breakfast we were the only guests, and when we asked for eggs, we were told there were none, even though there were some in the fridge. I came away feeling depressed, despite arriving full of enthusiasm. This is the first time I've been this critical, and I found some of the other reviews completely off the mark.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The place is simple, in a house with a typical Arab style, and our room had no windows or daylight. The bathroom was very basic, with a sink that was hard to use, though everything was adequate overall. The hardest part may be finding the location, but that's pretty normal in Marrakech.
