I couldn't make the trip because of exceptional circumstances in my family, and the team kindly waived the cancellation fee. Younes had even gone out of his way to send me a video of the room before I knew I wouldn't be able to travel. I really appreciated how understanding they were. I couldn't fault the customer service, and I'll book here again when my trip is rescheduled.

The place is beautiful, and what you see in the pictures is what you get. But the thing that really saved our day was how kind the staff were when my partner suddenly became very ill just two hours before checkout. She was dizzy, couldn't walk, and couldn't get out of bed. I panicked because our next stop was Casablanca and we had nowhere to go. I needed to look after her and didn't know what had happened, so I couldn't risk leaving her to find another hotel. The staff offered to extend our stay and even found us a backup room when the riad was fully booked. Younes was especially kind, warm-hearted, and cool. They helped us as much as they could and were so understanding. Thank you.

I've stayed in different places on my two trips to marrakesh, and this one is easily my favourite. Authentic, affordable, and the staff are super friendly. It's right by a mall and bus stop. Perfect.

A cosy room and welcoming staff, with a great location for a short walk to the shopping mall and restaurants.
