Loud music made it hard to enjoy the pool, and we had to leave a sizeable deposit for a ragged pool towel, then queue to return it. The room and towels were both very worn, and the toiletries were cheap. Some staff seemed notably indifferent to our comfort.

The facilities were poorly maintained and nowhere near what I expected for the price. There was no internet or WiFi during my stay, which was a big inconvenience. When I asked for help, staff were unhelpful and sometimes quite rude. I hope management deals with these problems, but based on my stay, I wouldn't recommend the hotel until major improvements are made.

Breakfast was the worst part. The dishes didn't look clean, and there were eggshells in the omelette, so we left without eating. Parking was confusing too: the area in front of the hotel apparently isn't theirs, and someone approached us rudely asking for money. The actual parking is across the street and very small. We stayed one night at WAZO Hotel, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. It definitely didn't feel like a 4-star standard. Our room was beside the lobby, facing a back corridor where staff and other people kept walking past, so there was no privacy. The room felt dirty and neglected. There was dust everywhere, which gave both of us allergies, the towels were old and unusable, and the bedding was thin and uncomfortable. There was no proper AC or heating. We asked for slippers for the cold tile floor but didn't get any, and even basic things like tissues were missing. The whole place seemed unclean and poorly maintained. Very disappointing, nowhere near a 4-star hotel.

We booked a hammam for two in advance at the hotel spa, Onamaste, for 200 DH. They told us to arrive early because two rooms would be reserved. We got there 10 minutes ahead, but were put in the same room instead. The hammam itself was fine. Afterwards, staff kept hurrying us out, saying another client was waiting, though nobody had mentioned a time limit. They spoke about us rudely within earshot and even asked us to leave the dressing room half-dressed and finish getting ready in an open area. It felt very disrespectful. When we called customer service, the same staff member denied what we'd been told when booking and said there was a 45-minute limit, though it's not stated anywhere. We got a reluctant apology. The communication and professionalism were poor, and the treatment was disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend this spa unless everything is confirmed clearly in advance.
