Banyan Tree Tamouda Bay

The beach is clean and really nice, and breakfast has a good range of options. We’re enjoying our stay at the resort. Fatimazahrae and Yousra from housekeeping have been so attentive and friendly, and they keep our villa (202) spotless.

Doha and the General Manager gave us a warm welcome and paid attention to the details. The setting is stunning, and the staff were remarkably friendly and professional. It was a truly exceptional hotel experience. Doha and the General Manager deserve special thanks for their welcome and care.

We had a great first evening meal with the family at the restaurant in this beautiful hotel. The staff were kind and helpful, and they showed good attention to the children, from seating us in the non-smoke area to interacting with them kindly. That’s good service to me. Amal recommended some lovely sweets, so compliments to her and the team. I’d definitely recommend the restaurant. I’d also like to return and stay at the hotel for the full Banyan Tree Tamuda Bay experience.

The staff made the stay especially enjoyable. Everyone, from reception to customer service, was friendly and accommodating, and they spoke several languages so we felt welcome and understood. Youssra, our cleaning lady, kept the villa spotless and greeted us with a warm smile every time. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and felt like a peaceful break from everyday life. Our private villa was spacious and elegantly designed, with its own pool, though the pool wasn’t heated. The spa was another relaxing part of the visit: we tried the hammam and found it refreshing, and the therapists made sure we felt pampered during the massages and other treatments. It was a lovely mix of privacy, relaxation, and attentive service, and I’d recommend the hotel for a quiet getaway in Morocco.
