The pool area really stayed with me, especially the panoramic ocean view at sunset. The loungers were comfortable, and everything around the infinity pool felt peaceful and well looked after. Our room was spotless and beautifully designed, and the staff were warm and attentive throughout. Waking up to those views every morning was unforgettable. The whole stay felt relaxing and luxurious, and the hotel exceeded what I expected. I'd love to return.

What made the stay for me was the staff. They were genuinely warm, attentive, and always smiling. The room was spacious, luxurious, and impeccably clean, and the views were the kind that make you stop and stare. I can't stop thinking about this stunning hotel. Five stars, and I'll be back!

The reception staff were really nice, and the service was great. Our room had floor-to-ceiling glass, which was a unique touch I don't often see in hotels, and we could see tarifa from inside. It's a great place to disconnect and rest, so I'd recommend it.

The private pool apartment was a letdown. The pool was dirty and full of bugs, there was visible mould on the roof, and the sheets on the first night didn't look clean. The apartment also felt poorly maintained, with kitchen appliances that didn't work properly. We had to take the kettle and toaster into the bedroom just to make breakfast. Staff weren't helpful and didn't seem polite or welcoming. Getting the upgrade was frustrating too. A few days before our four-night trip to Tangier, my best friend and I decided to switch to the one-bedroom apartment with a private pool because the forecast looked bad. I contacted the hotel on WhatsApp. First they said it wouldn't be ready when we arrived but would keep me updated, then later that day they said it would be ready. After we'd travelled all day and arrived tired, we were told to wait three hours. We went out so we wouldn't have to sit around exhausted, then came back to hear the room had actually been ready the whole time. They said the WhatsApp contact had given me wrong information. We'd already settled into our original room when, that evening, staff told us three other rooms were available, including the private pool apartment after all. We accepted the upgrade and paid another €95. The hotel's online pictures had looked amazing, so we'd booked without hesitation, but this stay was extremely disappointing. I wouldn't recommend it or return.
