The Wi-Fi was unreliable and sometimes didn’t work, and the room was mediocre and dirty. Dinner started at 7.30 pm, but the buffet had run out of food by 8 pm, so we were left hungry. I also saw some diners get a grand buffet of a banana and an Apple while others went without. It was terrible. I don’t recommend it, and don’t let your travel agency book this and tell you otherwise.

The room was worn out, with sheets and mattresses that felt 20 years old, and even the curtains had cigarette burns. The hallway carpets were old, stained, and full of cigarette burns too. The reception was dark and kitsch, and breakfast was barely edible. It’s overpriced, dirty, and seriously outdated. They say it’s a 4stars hotel, but I wouldn’t give it even 1 star. A single room costs over 70$ a night, which makes the whole place a complete disappointment.

Breakfast coffee like cappuccino or espresso costs extra, and there wasn’t even soap in the shower. For that same price, I could get a much better hotel in Fes. I won’t be back.

The price felt far too high for what we got. At check-in they wanted payment upfront, maybe because they knew guests might be unhappy at checkout 😂 The room wasn’t very clean, there were marks on the sheets, and the water bottles had already been opened or used by earlier guests. I can’t recommend staying here.
