I've stayed here three times and haven't had a single problem, so I may be a little biased. The rooms are great, with showers or baths and the usual gels and soap supplied. They're very clean, and reception can arrange daily cleaning if you ask. The WiFi is fast, too. The staff are great and speak English, French and Darija. Can't praise the place enough.

We arrived late with a tour group, so all I really did was sleep and have breakfast. The room worked well enough and the shower wasn't great, but at least the water was hot. Breakfast began late, and they wouldn't serve coffee while we waited. Fifteen minutes later it was a rush, with everyone trying to eat at once. Some of the bread was still warm, which was nice.

I've stayed here twice now, and it's still a fantastic experience. The service has stayed excellent over the years, and the staff are friendly. The place is spotless, breakfast on the rooftop is great, and it's quiet enough for a good night's sleep. Highly recommend it.

Everything else was good, from reception through to the restaurant staff. The one issue was the salad: the tomatoes, carrot and cucumber weren't fresh.

Friendly staff, a good breakfast and roomy, clean rooms. Its location also keeps traffic noise away.
