The delicious food served each day was fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented. Thanks to the restaurant staff and chefs for that. Housekeeping also kept the rooms very clean, comfortable, and well prepared throughout our stay, with a level of attention to detail we appreciated. The front office team and customs staff gave us a warm welcome and excellent guidance during our event. Their help made everything smooth, comfortable, and well organized from beginning to end. I also want to recognize Hicham from security for being kind, professional, and helpful. His presence helped us feel safe and welcome at all times. All the staff showed kindness and hospitality, and we were very satisfied with the service. They helped make our event successful and memorable. We had a wonderful experience and look forward to visiting again.

Zaihra deserves the highest rating for her work at Ibis Hotel Mohammedia. She clearly takes pride in what she does, and her reliable, efficient service was attentive to guests’ needs. She worked promptly and professionally, with a calm and positive manner that made my stay comfortable. The room was spotless, fresh, and neatly arranged, with excellent cleaning and close attention to detail. I highly recommend her service and am glad to give her the highest possible rating.

The whole team at Ibis Mohammedia was helpful and attentive during my visit, and the room was very clean. Douae at reception gave me a warm, professional welcome and made check-in easy and pleasant. I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend the hotel for its service.

The hotel has a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere, clearly thanks to the hardworking and friendly team. I appreciated the effort that goes into maintaining this level of service, and I’d recommend Ibis Mohammedia for comfort, good service, and a friendly environment. I look forward to staying again. From arrival, the staff were kind, professional, and genuinely ready to help. Everyone consistently made sure guests felt comfortable and cared for. Douae at reception deserves special thanks: she was warm, patient, and dedicated, with a constant smile and a positive, attentive manner at any time of day.
