Residence Marrakech Hotel

The Wi-Fi was poor, but I had a great stay overall. The location is handy, right by the main train station, and the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond. Amazing service!

The location is amazing, the people are friendly, and the price was great. It would be excellent with some renovation and maintenance.

Lotfi, the owner, was very nice and welcoming. My stay was fantastic, with a spotless room, incredibly friendly staff, and top-notch food. I'd highly recommend this hotel for a trip.

This was my second time here, and the staff's warm welcome is what keeps me coming back. The first visit lasted three weeks while I had dental procedures. They helped me recover, let me eat in my room, and even brought bowls of soup when I couldn't manage solid food. The breakfasts are freshly made and delicious. I also love seeing the work underway, from the back gardens to the freshly painted walls. The place is starting to sparkle like its staff. The hotel is close to the CTM and train stations, and it's affordable. My room had a large, comfortable bed, fluffy pillows, clean sheets and towels, fast WiFi, and plenty of hot shower water. The rooms at the back are quieter, though I slept soundly and comfortably in one facing the train station. I travel alone and am petite, but feel safe walking around the neighborhood day or night. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, banks and ATMs, barbers, and a supermarket nearby, plus a great laundromat around the corner. Whenever I'm in Marrakech from now on, this is where I'll stay.
