The live music was amazing, and I’ll definitely come back with my family. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff were friendly, helpful, and ready to assist, doing their best to make the stay easy and comfortable. The rooms were clean, simple, and well maintained, with what you need for a restful night after exploring. The hotel is well placed for visiting the Ouzoud waterfalls, with beautiful surroundings and a calm atmosphere that’s good for resting and disconnecting. It’s a solid choice for a peaceful stay with good service in the Ouzoud area. For more tips, follow me on Google. The host was the best part of my one-night stay in February at Hotel France Ouzoud. I can’t remember his name, but he was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I was there with my motorcycle, and the hotel’s location was great, a short walk from the famous Ouzoud waterfalls while still quiet and relaxing. The room was a little dated, but very clean and well equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. There’s also a lovely garden that adds to the peaceful feel. A good, simple place to stay if you’re visiting the falls and appreciate warm hospitality.

The pool was the only good thing about this hotel. It looks nice in the photos, but the room was very different. The walls were damaged, the light was broken, and the charger was broken too. The worst hotel ever in ouzoud. I do NOT recommend it to anyone!

The staff arranged a good guided tour from the hostel to the waterfalls, and made very good shisha when I asked. Dinner was very good Tajine. It’s a nice garden style hotel, though unfortunately the pool was closed outside the summer season.

I was there on a business trip, and it turned out to be one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The rooms were very clean, and the service was extremely nice. The staff made me feel at home and welcome. They did whatever they could to give the best service, regularly checking how my stay was going and whether they could do anything to improve it. The hotel is next to the top of the Ozoud waterfalls, about a 4-minute walk. Highly recommended.
