We spent three nights here with our family of four. The room was big enough, spotless, and the location was perfect for everything. Breakfast was good, and the staff were amazing, friendly, and professional. Youness and the others were especially professional. Thank you for your kindness. The air conditioning unit outside was a little noisy. Still, we'd rate the stay five stars.

The location is good and the hotel is clean, but I wouldn't stay here again. The shower has no door and floods the whole bathroom, and housekeeping left the old dishes behind. Several staff members have limited English. Breakfast had plenty of variety, but I couldn't find any fruit. On my last night, the restaurant served food that tasted very old. I didn't eat it, but reception wouldn't refund me because the manager wasn't there. Taxi drivers often don't know the hotel either, so you'll need data to guide them with Google Maps.

The spa was the best part of my stay. I had a really relaxing Hammam with Madam “Asma” and an amazing massage from Madam “Sameera “. Both were kind and professional, and made it a memorable experience. At BRAAT Hotel Rabat, parking was easy, the staff were very friendly, and my room was clean and comfortable. I had an amazing stay.

The team were so friendly and great at service, which was the best part for me. This is a cute, brand new hotel on a quiet street close to the centre. Breakfast was good too.

Breakfast had lots to choose from, and the rooms were spacious and very clean. The customer service was amazing, helpful, and welcoming. A must if you're visiting Rabat. I'll definitely be back.
