The location was the one part that made me happy, since Arribat Center Mall is only a short walk away. The rest of my experience was disappointing. I arrived exhausted, then had to fill out a long form asking for personal details, including my last entry date into Morocco, profession, and national ID serial number, as well as my passport. Most hotels I’ve stayed at in Rabat only asked for my passport. There was no one to help with my luggage, either. The room didn’t improve things: the shower towel had holes, the fridge was off, and the kettle was useless because its electrical base was missing. I was given a Wi-Fi password, but the connection doesn’t work in the rooms. You have to sit at reception to use it, which is baffling.

I travel for business once a month and this was my third stay here. The service was exceptional, and the staff were so friendly, especially Nouhaila and Wejdane. I highly recommend this place.

Karima was helpful and explained everything clearly, and the apartment itself was comfortable. The stay was good overall. What bothered me was the extra tourist tax of 43 MAD per person per day, charged for children as well as adults. I understand it’s a city policy, but had I known about the cost before booking, I wouldn’t have chosen the place. It would’ve been better to make the charge clear upfront.

They asked us to pay more tax at the hotel, even though I had already paid hotel tax through the app and paid an additional tax there too. When I asked what this extra charge was for, they just said it was normal to pay it. The apartments are compact and split into small rooms, so don’t expect much. At least the rooms were reasonably clean.
