ONOMO Hotel Rabat Terminus

I organized a training course in Rabat and had 20 guests from Kenya, Egypt, Pakistan, the UK, and Morocco stay at the hotel. Everyone was happy with the facilities, and the rooms were clean and well equipped. Hisham the concierge deserves a big thank you for sorting out several little problems quickly and professionally.

I booked Azour Lounge – ONOMO Hotel for six people to watch a match, but the confirmation email didn't mention a minimum spend of 250 MAD per person. I politely explained to the manager that I'd already invited my guests and hadn't been told about this condition. His response was shockingly rude and unprofessional: “If you don’t like this, go to a 5-star hotel.” Guests should hear about conditions like this beforehand, not be confronted with them on arrival. That response and the lack of clear communication and basic customer care made for a very disappointing experience.

Update: Breakfast service feels degrading now. Too many staff stand around talking and seem to avoid contact with customers. The “juice” is just water, sugar, and coloring; there used to be real juice. There are no omelets anymore, just a big bowl of ugly-looking scrambled eggs, and the cold cuts look poor. Yet when older men sometimes come into the breakfast room, staff nearly run to bring them coffee and anything else. What a difference. I'm sorry to see how things are going downhill. Less staff standing around talking and better food quality would help. Previous: The internet required registration with a private email address, even on business trips, and a company email wasn't accepted. On 23rd sept 2025 at 03:30, the man at reception had no paper and said he'd email the invoice, but never did. Breakfast is basic, often with terrible sugary juice from a can. The only good thing is the omelette.

The rooms work well for one or two people, and the food was tasty enough. The hotel was clean and centrally located, and the staff were friendly and ready to help.
