STORY Le Carrousel Rabat

My first stay at Story Le Carrousel in Rabat was a wonderful one, from arrival to departure. The reception team were consistently helpful, welcoming and professional, and housekeeping kept things running efficiently. Room service did a fantastic job as well. I especially appreciated Mr Isham from the dining team, whose upbeat manner and care for guests really stood out. Thanks also to Mr Yaseen, Ms.Khadeeja, and everyone on the breakfast team for their warm service and attention to detail. All the staff, from security to the restaurant, helped make the visit memorable. A very good experience, and I'd recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Rabat.

Long stays felt comfortable and special thanks to the whole team. From my first day, the in-room dining staff surprised me with traditional Moroccan tea because it was my first time in Morocco. We chose this hotel for our first anniversary and babymoon, and I'm so glad we did. The hotel itself is beautiful, but the people there are what made the occasion feel special. I've stayed in hotels on many trips, and nothing has compared to this one. I can't wait to come back. From the valet and reception onward, everyone was amazing. Niama from concierge was much appreciated, and Fatima Zahra went above and beyond for us. Ozlem was so kind too. I'm incredibly grateful to the staff for making our stay the best, and for helping us have such a special experience. Words don't quite cover it, but thank you all so much!

The gym was excellent, organized and well equipped. Its coach really stood out, with a professional, motivating approach and close attention to technique and each person's needs. I had a wonderful stay, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
