Valley Boutique Hotel

We booked a suite, and the beds were so comfortable. The balcony looked out over the tagine makers and the big mountain, while the TV offered lots of streaming channels. The receptionist was very kind. At breakfast, you choose coffee or tea, and get pastries with jam plus eggs prepared the way you like. Lunch or dinner has to be ordered through the hotel, but they get it from a restaurant and it takes a long time. Other than that, we had an amazing stay. We booked because it seemed like the only good hotel in the city.

We were here for a few nights and had a great stay. The room and facilities were comfortable, the staff were very helpful, and breakfast and atmosphere were both great.

The rooms were clean and nice, and the staff were helpful, so we were very happy with our stay. The best part was the tour through the valley of the old pottery makers. We can’t thank the hotel guard enough for walking us through it. We’ll never forget that tour. Thank you again. 🙏❤️

Why confirm an Iftar reservation at the restaurant for people who aren’t staying at the hotel if you don’t accept outside customers? The receptionist never told us guests had to be staying there in order to eat at the restaurant. We booked by phone for Ramadan’s Iftar, and they confirmed everything. When we arrived, they said they had no reservation and told us to try another Café/Bar. We had booked with them and didn’t want to go elsewhere. It was the final day of Ramadan, which is very important to us. We had nothing prepared, so we had to go home and make food just five minutes before Iftar. I don’t understand how they manage a hotel and restaurant, taking a booking and then sending people away or telling them to go somewhere else. They seem inexperienced at running a business like this. My review is still one star. Absolutely do not recommend.
