Redouane, the manager, was an easygoing, wonderful host who took care of every need. The staff were relaxed and friendly, and the food was excellent, including lunch or dinner if you don't want the hassle of eating in the Medina. There are cool sitting areas and pools in both the courtyards and on the rooftop, with private little nooks to unwind. We also tried the hamam and massage, both very relaxing. The riad is near the gran plaza but far enough from the worst bustle to retreat and relax. It felt like a home away from home, and we'd definitely stay again. Highly recommend it in Marrakech.

The staff were the kindest and most helpful people I've met anywhere, and the riad is beautiful, with top-notch rooms and facilities. Its central location puts it near jemaa el fnaa square, the souks, and the Koutobia mosque. It’s the best place I’ve stayed in across all my travels so far. Every penny was worth it, and I’d go back to Marrakech just to stay here. Highly recommend it to everyone.

Breakfast was typical Moroccan fare, very filling, with fresh orange juice. Eggs had to be ordered. The front manager gave us property information and recommendations for tours and restaurants. When we arrived, someone was sent to help carry our luggage, since it’s a long walk. Given the Medina’s road conditions, I’d suggest using a cart to get bags to the riad. We stayed two nights. The room was small, and the bathroom had no curtain, so water got everywhere after a shower. The property seems to be French-owned and has lots of details, but some key functions for travelers are missing. That's the price you pay for.

The management went above and beyond to sort out payment problems we had during booking, even from far away, and secure our reservation. The staff were lovely, kind, and ready to help with every request. The place itself is undeniably beautiful, and the location is close to the city center and main areas. Breakfast was complete and delicious. We also loved the Hammam and massage, a perfect end to our incredible two-day stay. We spent our first two nights in Morocco here and absolutely loved the atmosphere, attention to detail, and kindness.
