Delta Hotels by Marriott™ Marrakech Eden Andalou

The pools and aquapark made the stay fun and relaxing, and the restaurant options had something for everyone. The food was delicious and offered plenty of variety. The hotel was clean and well maintained, with spacious, comfortable rooms and excellent facilities. Its design is beautiful, and the atmosphere is restful. Staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end, and I’d recommend it to families, couples, or anyone visiting Marrakech. I’d happily return. Thanks to the whole team.

The kids enjoyed the evening entertainment, and staff handled our requests quickly and politely. Getting around was easy with Uber, and we hired a driver through the concierge for a day of sightseeing. The hotel pool was lovely, but the aquapark water was dirty, with lots of dead insects, so my children didn’t want to use it. I wouldn’t call this a five-star resort or a true all-inclusive, more like three or four stars. The buffet served the same poor food for five days, so by day three we went to Nobu. We also had to pay extra for snacks and ice cream, something we haven’t had to do at other all-inclusive resorts. Our room was dirty, with dead moths still around the bed after housekeeping, so it didn’t seem to get a thorough clean. The resort is isolated, with little nearby. It had a very budget-hotel feel.

We stayed a week over Christmas as a family of five, and the kids had a great time. Mamadou and Abby were fantastic with them at the kids’ club, giving us a chance to enjoy time to ourselves. The buffet had lots of choice for every meal, and the bar offered a good selection of drinks. Asmae, Amine, and Ismael took great care of us, including always finding us a lovely breakfast table. Housekeeping refreshed the room so well each day that it always looked nice. The warm indoor pool was a bonus. The hotel is outside the city center, but the 150-dirham driver service was very convenient. A memorable family staycation and Christmas holiday.

Will and Mamado brought so much energy to the events. They were funny, welcoming, and made sure everyone felt included. The hotel was excellent, the atmosphere was great, and everything was organized so well. We had a fantastic stay and enjoyed every moment. We’d gladly come back, highly recommended!
