The internet kept cutting out, which was frustrating since I needed to stay connected for work. Breakfast was another disappointment, with few options and food that didn't seem fresh, and the quality and taste were poor. Mosquitoes were the biggest problem in the room. There was no air conditioning, so I had to open the windows for air, but mosquitoes came in and there were no nets. The buzzing and bites made it very hard to relax or sleep. Better pest control, internet, and breakfast could improve the stay, but based on my experience I can't recommend this hotel.

The staff were kind, and the location was perfect, near the Marina, Medina, beach, and mall. This is an authentic, cute hotel and one of Tangier's oldest bed and breakfasts, though it could use some touch-ups, especially to the door and window locks. I gave the room two stars because mosquitoes kept us awake all night. Running the fan helped drive them away, but made the room cold, and even after we asked at reception, we weren't given blankets.

The courtyard is beautiful, and the bed was comfortable with quiet air conditioning. I could get to all the attractions easily, yet it was peaceful at night. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe and looked after. Everyone on staff was kind and helpful during my lovely weekend. Chokran bzzaf, I'll be back inshallah.

The bed covers and pillows were dirty, breakfast was dirty too, and the place was full of mosquitoes. Staff were rude, it was expensive, and there was no excuse for any of the mistakes. The rooms had nothing but a bed. Disgusting, strongly not recommended.
