The spa is worth making time for, with kindness coming through in the service. The restaurant also serves delicious food in a beautiful setting. This was our favorite stay in Morocco. The setting is stunning and peaceful, with mountain and valley views that shift with the light and make you want to slow down and take it all in. The place is built and decorated in classic Moroccan style, and the attentive staff take care of every detail.

We had a lovely pool villa with a mountain view, a dream. The garden is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the staff are very friendly. It's a quiet, relaxing hotel close to the mountains.

The food, especially dinner, was among the best we've had. The guides they offer are wonderful, too. We drove our own car, so getting there is doable even though it's a trek. Once you arrive, the spectacular grounds feel like a beautiful oasis. There are a few small things they could improve, like clearing room service, the towel quality, and maybe adding a Nespresso machine to the room. Those details didn't take away from an otherwise wonderful stay. The other guests were fun to meet and chat with as well.

The natural setting made this a lovely place to recharge and feel grounded, but it didn't match what I'd expect from a five-star hotel. Breakfast was included in the room rate but was too simple. The lunch and dinner menus had only a few choices, and the food wasn't especially tasty, just like a typical restaurant. There was an awful smell in our room because of a plumbing issue, and it seemed due for renovation after so much use. The Wi-Fi was very poor, or didn't work at all.
