Apartments Monaco

The apartment was stylish and had everything we needed, so it felt easy to settle in. We especially liked the views and how close it was to the places we wanted to reach. It was spotless, and the welcome and service were lovely. We had a wonderful stay at Apartments Monaco and would happily come back.

After a week at Apartments Monaco, it really felt like a home away from home. The apartment was comfortable and beautifully kept, and the staff were kind, attentive, and always willing to help. Service was impeccable. I’d gladly return and recommend it to anyone visiting Monaco.

I was charged 250 euros for one night in a dump. The photos didn’t match the room I was given, and this property is in France, not Monaco. The bed was tiny and uncomfortable, there was no fan or air conditioning, and the view was of the building opposite. There was no kitchen either, and dangerous wires were hanging from the ceiling. The worst property I’ve ever experienced. Avoid it, total scam!

Our stay got off to a really unpleasant start. After we returned to pay for early check-in, we knocked several times and waited before the staff member opened the door, looking annoyed, and asked, “What now?” She went upstairs ahead of us without saying anything. When we tried to pay the €100 fee by card, she held out her hand for cash and gave us a disparaging look. Asked politely if anything was wrong, she snapped that we were interrupting her work, said she wasn’t the owner, and told us not to tell her how to do her job, then walked away. Earlier, after a tiring train journey, we’d only wanted to leave our suitcases for a few hours while exploring. The staff member’s first response felt dismissive. She said luggage storage would cost €60, or €20 an hour. She then offered early access to the room for €100, again while seeming rushed and unfriendly. When we asked for five minutes to decide, she impatiently asked, “How long?” We initially left with our bags, which turned out to be a mistake because we couldn’t find a restaurant that would take us with suitcases. So we came back and decided to pay for early check-in. The whole thing was inconvenient and left us feeling like a burden instead of guests. It was a very disappointing beginning to our time in Monaco, and this kind of treatment isn’t acceptable in hospitality, whatever the hotel costs.
