The room was spacious and clean, and we loved the fantastic view. Food was delicious and the staff were amable. Everything was fantastic, we had a great experience. Thank you for everything!

There are plenty of coffee shops around, and the hotel is close to a lovely part of the three lakes for walks or a run. The staff are welcoming, the rooms are in good shape, and breakfast is provided. Great location overall. The AC could use improvement.

We arrived just as the restaurant was closing, but the staff still let us place our dinner order. They even gave us time to go upstairs and settle in, then called when the food was ready. Really kind service.

The building is a little worn, but the people made the stay. We spent two weeks at Jumbo and really liked it. The front desk, restaurant and room service teams were fantastic. The room was spacious and well maintained, and the location suited us well. Breakfast was a great deal since we were working all day, and the meals were great, with coffee served to every guest. Room service could start cleaning a bit earlier, though that was a minor issue.

I asked reception for milk, coffee and sugar for the room, but they refused and said they couldn't give me any 🙈😩
