We had a great time here. The location was fantastic, everything was super clean, breakfast was wonderful, and the staff were friendly. Someone who spoke English was on duty most of the time, and we managed to communicate fine when they weren't. The sauna costs extra and needs to be prepared in advance. It's wood-fired and private, with a cold pool, tea, and billiards, and we felt it was absolutely worth it.

It’s a peaceful, nice hotel, and the food court has a fun 80s theme. Breakfast mixes familiar and local dishes, and the coffee is very good.

The staff made the stay for me. Mariana and Olga were so nice, and I loved every interaction with them. It's a charming, well-priced 3-star hotel in a central spot near parks, the cathedral, and good restaurants. I've stayed in all kinds of hotels, and this one was decent, with clean rooms and comfortable beds. It felt like a 5-star experience.
