We rented the Black Villa for 16,000 lei, about 813 EUR, over Christmas week because we needed a getaway house with a heated pool. For that price, we expected things to work, but the pool and microwave were broken, at least three chairs wobbled badly, there was no bathroom soap, and the kitchen had just one trash bag for a house meant for 12. We ended up eating cold food, and everyone was frustrated. The staff were kind and felt bad, and this wasn’t their fault. They confirmed the pool was defective and offered a 10% discount. We had rented specifically for the warm pool, since a jacuzzi can’t fit 12 people, and we could have rented a house without a pool for 10,000 lei. We asked for 25% off, but were turned down. We were charged 13,600 lei, about 700 euro, for one night without the pool. They charge for a service they can’t provide. It felt like a total rip-off, and I wouldn’t go back or recommend it.

There was a lot of noise from the bar and other spots, so the otherwise nice bungalow wasn’t peaceful. The apartments are packed too close together, and the whole area feels crowded. Service was poor as well. It seemed like the staff didn’t care about the guests.

Alexandra and Valeriu made us feel at home with their warm, upbeat and professional hospitality. The pool was a nice place to unwind, and the spaces were arranged well. There was even a cute cat and a friendly dog to add to the natural feel. Tree House Relax Park is only a few minutes outside the busy city, but it’s a peaceful way to get into nature. The fresh air hit me as soon as I arrived, and the whole visit was a great chance to disconnect from the city and relax.

This was our third summer gathering at Tree House Relax Park, where we rented the Black Villa for a team-building event. We love having the chance to connect and unwind there, and the quality, atmosphere and service are why we keep coming back. Alexandra and Valeriu took great care of us as servers this year. They were patient, professional and friendly. We’re already looking forward to future reunions. Thanks for all the hard work and great service!

The WiFi works much better here than at the other place, and the restaurant was better than at skyland. But be careful with the pool. My eyes started burning as soon as I touched the water, and I could smell the chlorine on everything for a long time afterwards. That needs to change.
