On Sunday, breakfast was served at 7:00, just as we’d been told. We had an early flight on Monday, our checkout day, so 7:00 was the only time we could eat. They were late and said breakfast started at 7:30, which wasn’t true. We’d paid for it, so I politely asked if they could at least give us a bottle of water from the minibar, worth just a couple of euros, to make up for it. They refused rudely and we couldn’t have breakfast.

We stayed five days. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the crew was very nice, and breakfast was okay.

A free glass of wine each day with your stay is a nice touch. This is a good budget hotel, with friendly staff at reception, clean rooms, and a pleasant location. There’s a nice shared area where you can catch up with friends over the complimentary wine after a day out exploring. You can also buy bottles of wine there. I’d recommend it.

This felt more like a hostel than a hotel. It’s on the fourth floor of an apartment building, with no elevator. The reception desk and breakfast area are together in an open corridor, so you can hear any noise in your room. Because of the weather, the only way to heat the room was with the air conditioning unit, which made a lot of noise. Breakfast was poor and repetitive. I wouldn’t recommend it.
