The garden was a favorite, with limes, grapefruit, kiwi, and other fruit growing there, and breakfast served outside. The rooms are roomy and clean, with everything you need, plus a balcony and a rooftop terrace looking out over the mountains and Adriatic Sea. Most of all, the owners' ladies made me feel looked after like a grandchild by her grandmothers. Warm, thoughtful, and lovely. I recommend this place wholeheartedly. 10/10

The garden meals were great, and the host was lovely. Rooms were clean, and you're close to both the beach and the market. The internet was slow, though, and there's no parking on site.

There’s no parking, and getting to the beach means walking along a narrow street packed with cars.

The rooftop terrace is a lovely spot after dark, with views of the sea and mountains, and the beach is about 900 meters away. This place is a little outside town, which means the nearby beaches are less crowded and much prettier than the central ones. Rooms are clean, the air conditioning cools the room quickly, and the price is very affordable. The owners are Belarusian, and the receptionist speaks Polish really well. Mrs. Halinka makes excellent breakfasts in the garden. Everyone was very nice, and I really had nothing to complain about.

The ladies were so helpful with transport and sightseeing, and we felt very well looked after throughout our stay. They even surprised us by speaking Polish. Breakfast was made for us every day in the citrus garden, then in the evenings we’d head up to the roof for the wide views of the sea and mountains. Our spacious room had a small kitchenette and a decent-sized bathroom. We had a really enjoyable time, and if we come back to Bar, we’ll definitely stay here again.
