Apartments Kordic

We stayed as a couple for four nights in a full apartment and paid about 25€ per night. It sits uphill but was easy to get to. A supermarket is three minutes away on foot, with some cafes and bakeries nearby too. The bus station is a 12-minute walk downhill, and the nearest beach is about 15 minutes downhill. The hosts were lovely and welcoming. When we arrived, they gave us fresh pomegranate juice from Montenegro, which was wonderful after walking there in the heat. The apartment had five towels, an iron and ironing board, an outdoor clothesline, lots of storage, a TV, and a very comfortable double bed. There was air conditioning in the bedroom. The balcony had two chairs and a table, though its outside light wasn't working. For watching movies in bed, I'd bring an HDMI cable to connect a computer to the TV. The bathroom had everything, but you'll need your own shampoo and shower gel. The host brought toilet paper and clean towels at the start of day three, and took out the trash after two days. The kitchen was fully equipped and easy to cook in, including a water boiler. Bring your own olive oil, spices, sugar, and coffee. For laundry, hand washing works well: there are two large sinks in the kitchen and a clothes hanger on the private balcony. Bring washing liquid, as well as flip flops, swimsuits, and beach towels for Budva's beaches. The house stayed cool enough for us to be inside during the hottest hours, from 10 am until 4 pm or 5 pm. There isn't a restaurant in the apartment. We liked Kod Iva, where daily fish and meat menus cost 7€ and 6€, respectively. It was cheap and good, and the waiters were really nice. We felt like we were eating at home. A couple of things could be better: sometimes there was a sewage smell in the bathroom, and the kitchen window needs a better curtain because people on the other balcony can see in. We recommend the stay, and hope you enjoy Budva!

We found the apartment in a nice spot, at a good price, with parking available. The hosts were lovely.
