The public areas were kept up well, and the staff were friendly. They responded quickly when we asked for a deep clean, though it made only a limited difference. The room itself was disappointing for a fairly new hotel: mold in the shower, dirty grout, damaged walls and exposed cables. The kitchenette had stovetops but no basic utensils or kitchen towels. We stayed seven days in October, probably outside the main season. The hotel is near the beach, but there’s no direct way onto it, and the beach is fine gravel with a steep slope. The area around the hotel was messy, with construction nearby on both the bedroom and balcony sides. Breakfast was okay, but finding a table for our family of four could be difficult. The buffet is downstairs and seating upstairs, reached by a narrow staircase, so the setup isn’t accessible. The pool is tiny and has no changing area or shower. I wouldn’t recommend staying here while the surrounding construction is still going on. The rooms were already in poor condition.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and breakfast was fresh and delicious. We had a spacious two bedroom suite at a very reasonable price, with a big sofa that was lovely to relax on. The beds were comfortable too.

The air conditioner wasn’t working. They said they’d fixed it, then told me the weather outside was cold. That has nothing to do with my problem. I asked them to bring a technician, but they said the technician’s shift was over. I didn’t sleep comfortably, and the hotel manager treated me badly.
