We booked two rooms at Apartments Casa di Cattaro through Booking.com for June 28 to July 1, 2024, in one reservation under my friend's account. It included free cancellation with no prepayment. We had to cancel, and the cancellation was confirmed by email and on Booking.com, but money was still charged to my friend's card. Booking.com told us the fee had to be refunded by @casa_di_cattaro_apartments. We still haven’t received a response, positive or negative, and our calls go unanswered. The money from my friend's account was taken, and our cancelled reservation has not been refunded. I have all the documents and can attach them here. If you had answered my WhatsApp messages and calls, you’d understand the issue. Please check your WhatsApp messages. I know which hotel I booked. Searching Booking.com shows one place in Kotor with this name, and it’s yours. Saying there are other hotels under the same name is ridiculous. Don’t book this hotel through Booking.com. You may not get your money back.
