Sunset hotel & beach

The booking issue was awful. We made a simple mistake and tried to correct it, but instead they took advantage and charged us unfairly. There was no customer service or hospitality. Meals were uncomfortable too. The staff followed us around the buffet and stood right by our table watching while we ate, so it was hard to relax. The breakfast was a joke. They call themselves a 4-star hotel, but wouldn’t even pass for three. I’ve traveled to more than 30 countries and never had such a terrible hotel experience. The staff were unfriendly from the moment we arrived and made us uncomfortable throughout our stay. This place isn’t worth a penny. Save yourself the money and book somewhere else. Never again, what a waste.

Being right by the beach was a real highlight, and hearing the sea from our room was so soothing. The room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped, and there’s a spacious lift in the hotel. Breakfast had a lovely spread, and the restaurant meals were delicious. The staff even kept our son entertained while we ate, which let us enjoy our meal properly. Everyone, from management to staff, was friendly and accommodating, always with a smile. We also appreciated being able to extend our stay until our evening flight. We couldn’t find a single fault and wholeheartedly recommend it. It’s absolutely worth it.

The staff were friendly and happy to help with any questions, and the beach was an easy walk away. We loved the sea view and the hotel’s location. We were very satisfied and would definitely recommend it.

The hotel itself is stunning, and our spacious room was cleaned on time every day. We had a beautiful view of the water, and everything was within reach, so it was nice not to have to worry or stress. The people there took great care of us and helped us find things to do around the country. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend staying here for a vacation.
