The staff were professional, polite, and provided great service. Breakfast was quite nice, and the hotel felt like reasonable value at its current price. A few things could be better: the worn restaurant furniture needs maintenance, and the main room doors are extremely loud. They have to be slammed to close, and when someone in a neighboring room leaves, you can feel the walls shake. The noise can easily wake you up. There was also almost no hot water in the shower. Maybe that was temporary? Otherwise, the rest was fine.

The spacious suites have amazing design, with a huge rain shower and a comfortable super king bed. The lobby and restaurant exceeded our expectations, so we ended up eating both lunch and dinner there. Service was spot on. Superb hotel, the best luxury option in Podgorica.

We arrived late at night after a car accident, and the staff were so kind and accommodating. They gave us a late check-out, and we had a great night's sleep in our triple room.

I understand Montenegrin, even though the oldest waiter seemed to assume I didn’t. I’ve been to this hotel several times, and that waiter is by far the worst. He made discriminatory remarks and treated Asian guests very poorly. I didn’t say anything at the time. I often see Asian guests here, but I strongly recommend not staying at this hotel.

Getting around from here was easy, with good links into town and quick access to the main roads for heading north or south. The rooms were nice and clean, too. A really amazing hotel.
