Everything I needed was close to the city center, in Podgorica, a very small capital. The hostel is pleasant, set up like a little two-floor flat with two separate entrances. People were kind and helpful, though they smoke during office hours. There is a tiny kitchen for cooking, but not much room to do so.

The host was such a kind person, always ready to answer questions and help, and I won't forget him. The apartment felt cozy, especially the bed with its fresh sheets, and the bedroom lights change color with a remote. Everything was so clean. The furniture, big-screen TV, kitchen and bathroom were all completely new and very modern. I'd recommend the place to anyone staying in Podgorica. Really, you won't be disappointed.

My friend and I booked a private room with two beds, even though beds in the cheaper mixed room were available. For some reason, we couldn't book that option. This was the dirtiest hostel I've ever stayed in. The sheets were torn, there wasn't an extra blanket, so I slept in my jacket, and the kitchen was awful, with a scaled-up kettle and dirty floors, table and chairs. The staff were friendly and willing to help, but I wouldn't stay here again.

The host was really kind and gave me tips for the city and the country. It felt relaxing and homely here, and the location is great, five minutes from both the bus and train stations and five minutes from downtown. Definitely recommend!

It's only a few minutes on foot to the main city square, the clock tower and the old bridge. The hostel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
