After a long trip, I showered and was ready to lie down when the owner came in and told me to pack up and leave the room. She didn't speak English, so I couldn't understand why until another tourist from Serbia helped explain. I had booked a guestroom, but she'd put me in a different, upgraded room without telling me. She had overbooked that room, and the guests who had reserved it arrived late that evening and wanted it. If she'd explained the situation in advance, that would've been understandable. Instead, I spent the night in a guestroom full of people smoking. I left the next morning and never went back.

We had a comfortable, pleasant stay, and they pointed us to a good restaurant for dinner. The service was excellent. Highly recommended.
