Mantadia Lodge

We had a wonderful two-day stay at the end of August. The spa was amazing, the room was lovely, and the service was so kind. The location is ideal for visiting the national park and seeing lemurs. Maybe the best hotel in the area! And thanks especially for the anniversary surprise.

After a day in the forests looking for lemurs, this was a perfect place to unwind. The rooms were gorgeous, the staff were great, and the food was amazing. A brilliant, very luxurious stay. Highly recommend.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and laid out well. The property is beautifully designed and has a stunning pool, though it was too cold for us to use it. We had the all-inclusive package, so I'm not sure if that affected the food, but we found its quality disappointing. That's an area they could improve. In the rooms, a mat at the entrance would help brush dirt off shoes after a hike, and the towels and bathroom mats need to be bigger.

The service was attentive, and everything seemed to be managed just as it should. I also had a good lymphatic massage. The food was great, finally some “normal” food. I loved the beef, beetroot carpaccio, and cottage-cream dessert with passionfruit. We liked lunch so much that we ate the same thing two days in a row. Two things could be better: the breakfast selection and the pillows.
