The huge balcony sits close above the ocean, with a secure feeling as you look out over the beach. The location is excellent, and the proprietors are friendly, great conversationalists. It’s a beautiful, quiet, idyllic place with stylish decor and top-quality service. There’s simply no nicer place to stay in Mahajanga.

Chez Pap’s is peaceful, magnificent, and luxurious, with lovely sea views and comfortable spots to relax. Natalie and Norbert are wonderful hosts, and the staff are amazing. My family and I have stayed in few places better than this. We loved the pool and breakfast, and we’re sure to come back.

The view across the Mozambique Channel is mesmerizing, with traditional sailing boats constantly coming and going. The location is amazing, and everything was sparkling clean and quiet. Norbert and his team made us feel at home. Breakfast was delicious, the internet was good, and the pools were refreshing.

Pap's is a real guesthouse, and Norbert and Nathalie go out of their way to make you feel welcome and enjoy your stay. The staff are great too, and the property is clean and beautiful, with an awesome pool. I had a wonderful time. This place is a gem, don’t miss it!

The owners really cared about our comfort, and the staff were so friendly. The house and beautiful garden were lovely, too. It’s a private, quiet guesthouse, which made our stay relaxing and an absolute pleasure.
